Tankler&#8217;s online activities comply with all relevant operations and the applicable European Union and Estonian laws, including Regulation (EU) 2016\/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council. Tankler implements all precautionary measures (including administrative, technical, and physical measures) to protect the collected personal data. Access to modify and process the data is granted only to authorized individuals.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-el wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Security<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-el wp-block-paragraph\">All personal data that becomes known during visits to Tankler websites is treated as confidential information.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-el wp-block-paragraph\">The following outlines the principles of Tankler&#8217;s privacy policy regarding the collection, processing, use, disclosure, transfer, modification, retention, and deletion of personal data.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-el wp-block-paragraph\">These principles do not apply to the processing of data from legal entities and other companies\/institutions, nor do they cover the processing of personal data on websites\/service environments referenced on our websites\/service environments (external links).<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-el wp-block-paragraph\">A person representing a company (as a service subscriber) is not a natural person; they are an authorized representative of a legal entity, whose personal data processing is not regulated by Regulation (EU) 2016\/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-el wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>1. What data is collected?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list wp-el\">\n<li>When visiting the websites, anonymized technical data about the visitor is collected.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Technical data is limited to the internet address (IP address) of the computer or network used, the software version of the computer&#8217;s web browser and operating system, and the time (hour, date, year) and location of the visit. IP addresses are not linked to personally identifiable information.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Data is collected about website visits and user interactions to improve websites and service environments and make them more convenient for visitors.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>We use the automated tool Google Analytics to collect the above-mentioned data. If you do not wish this data to be transmitted about you, you can disable data collection by Google Analytics at any time, as described <a href=\"https:\/\/tools.google.com\/dlpage\/gaoptout\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">here<\/a>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>For natural persons, the data collected may include personal identification code for uniqueness verification, and for communication purposes: name, email address, mobile phone number, city, and country.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>For legal entities, the data collected for processing includes registration number, VAT number, name, country, address, email addresses for contact and invoicing, and the names, email addresses, and phone numbers of the company&#8217;s contact persons.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>For marketing messages sent by email, we may collect information about your interaction with them, such as whether you opened the email, which links you clicked, what devices you used, and their technical characteristics. This information is stored in the contact history of each recipient.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>While being in the Tankler O\u00dc contact database, we may process your name and email address or mobile phone number for marketing purposes on social media and in online advertising (Facebook, Instagram, Google). For these purposes, we process your personal data for 5 years from the date your contact details are added to the contact database. Tankler O\u00dc has a legitimate interest (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)) in sending marketing communications to its contacts in order to maintain a business relationship with them.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p class=\"wp-el wp-block-paragraph\">Personal data processed by Tankler customers and uploaded to the Tankler environment as part of the service is protected by a confidentiality obligation that takes effect when the customer signs the service agreement. Tankler services may only be used after accepting the agreement. Acceptance of the agreement is verified by software, and if acceptance has not been given, the user will be asked to agree to it.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-el wp-block-paragraph\">For the purposes of personal data processing listed in this subsection, access to the data is granted to Tankler O\u00dc employees, who apply all security measures in their work regarding the processing of your data.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-el wp-block-paragraph\">Consent for the collection of personal data related to and necessary for the service is given by the subscriber at the time of ordering the service. By placing the service order, consent is considered granted with the corresponding timestamp.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-el wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>2. How long is the collected data retained?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-el wp-block-paragraph\">Anonymized technical data collected from websites and service environments is retained indefinitely.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-el wp-block-paragraph\">Personal data associated with identified inquiries and\/or transactions is retained for up to 7 years from the last interaction with the service provider, in accordance with the obligation in the Accounting Act to verify transactions. Interactions include, among others, responses to direct marketing through viewing or clicking links.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-el wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>3. To whom may the collected data be disclosed?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-el wp-block-paragraph\">Personal data processed by Tankler may only be disclosed without the individual&#8217;s consent to an institution or person who has a direct legal right to access it (for example, a court or pre-trial investigator) and a justified need.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-el wp-block-paragraph\">Personal data processed by clients within the Tankler service is treated as confidential, and the right to process, disclose, or transfer such data rests solely with the data owner (the client).<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-el wp-block-paragraph\">At the request of Agri Partner&#8217;s client, Tankler provides technical assistance in data processing, but this does not alter the ownership of the data or the allocation of responsibility.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-el wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>4. What rights does an individual have regarding their collected data?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-el wp-block-paragraph\">The right to access, correct, and stop the processing of your data.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-el wp-block-paragraph\">By default, personal data is not disclosed, except when explicit consent has been obtained (for participation in trainings, seminars, or conferences).<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-el wp-block-paragraph\">If personal data cannot be modified, accessed, or disclosed through the website or service environments, a request for access to or correction of the data should be submitted in a manner that enables identification of the individual. Where possible, the data will be provided or corrected within 7 working days.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-el wp-block-paragraph\">If you wish to opt out of direct marketing offers, either entirely or for specific topics, this can be done immediately via the link in the footer of each marketing email. The change takes effect immediately.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-el wp-block-paragraph\">If there is no longer a legal basis for processing, disclosing, or providing access to personal data, a request can be made to stop using or delete the data, or to cease its disclosure or access. To fulfill the request, the email address must remain available for comparison to ensure no further emails are sent.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-el wp-block-paragraph\">\u2013 Not all data in the CRM can be deleted if the goal is only to stop further contact. To fulfill the request, enough data must remain for comparison to ensure that no contact is made.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-el wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>5. This is necessary to send you more personalized messages by email.
